About us
Dave Tilbury had worked in the air conditioning industry for over 20 years. The poor quality of work and unsuitable systems he found disillusioned him.
This led him to set up his own company, Maximum Air Conditioning Ltd, in 1997. Even to this day the company retains many of its initial clients and the client list continues to grow.
In 2007 we became approved installers for the air conditioning manufacturers Daikin and Mitsubishi.
We continue to perfect extremely quiet systems that we install in studio and media environments, we use this experience to advantage when working in other industries and domestic situations.
Our Philosophy
Maximum Air Conditioning’s philosophy is to listen to clients requirements, design the air conditioning application that best meets the clients needs, within their budgets and maintain the systems thereafter.
We remain passionate about our work and will never leave a project until our client is completely satisfied.
Services
Maximum Air Conditioning specialise in extremely quiet and powerful systems for heating and cooling studios, control booths, editing suites and all other areas of the media industry.
From single units to entire buildings we design, install, service, repair, upgrade and fault diagnose.
We design and and install in new builds through to refurbishing existing office blocks and complexes. Our contracts range from £1,000 to £500,000, all completed on time.
Large Project Case Study
This project was for The Money Channel PLC, to refurbish two industrial units in Wapping, London.
It encompassed the entire design and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems for full sized TV studios, with associated editing rooms, galleries, racks and office complex, together with restaurant, kitchens and green room for 280 staff.
A recent project Maximum Air Conditioning completed was the refurbishment of Emap’s five story London offices.
